Hublot has established its presence in this elite and demanding sport by sponsoring the Open de Paris, the oldest and most traditional tournament in France. The Swiss brand has already been associated with the highly exclusive "80 goals" matches, bringing together the world’s best players in Buenos Aires and Paris, and for the last three years has sponsored the largest Swiss tournament in Gstaad - the Hublot Polo Gold Cup Gstaad. Hublot’s presence for the second time at the Polo de Paris club strengthens the legitimacy of its association not only with the sport but also with the illustrious Parisian ground and the very select members of the Club de Polo.

The teams, composed primarily of French and Argentine players, put on a fantastic show for the large crowd that turned out to watch the final between Sainte Mesme and La Herencia. The music and decoration in the Club House gardens had an Argentine theme, in honour of the country’s bicentenary.
Sainte-Mesme defeated their opponents by 8 goals to 7. The players were each awarded a Hublot prize by the brand’s ambassador, Facundo Pieres. The talented Argentine - the youngest player to have achieved a handicap of 10 - accompanied Hublot’s guests throughout the weekend to explain the subtleties of the game and share with them his passion for the sport.
