Mr Antonio Calce, CEO Girard-Perregaux, officially launches the Laureato Collection in Zürich at Les Ambassadeurs SA, A loyal partner for the brand for over 20 years.

An exhibition retracing the entire history of the Laureato is on show at Les Ambassadeurs since April 1^st and for the entire month. The Espace Connaisseur on the upper floor is entirely dedicated to a historical retrospective of the Laureato, from 1975 to the present day, while also providing a chance to admire the new Laureato collection recently presented at the SIHH (Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie).

For many years, now, connoisseurs and collectors had been eagerly awaiting its return. 2017 sees the birth of an entire Laureato line, integrated within the Girard-Perregaux current collection. Four sizes, four movements, four materials: The Laureato range has never before been so rich and varied. Building on the success enjoyed since the start of the year, the Laureato collection is enriched and continues to evolve by welcoming new horological complications and fresh perspectives.

The guests present at Les Ambassadeurs SA had the privilege of discovering the brand history, visiting the exhibition, and last but not least enjoying a sneak peek of the exceptional new model slated for an official worldwide launch on May 5^th 2017. The latest evolution in the Laureato line, entirely revamped and more richly diversified than ever, this watch with its metal bracelet is a study in horological architecture. In creating it, Girard-Perregaux has drawn on the origins of the Laureato, on the noblest inspirations, and on its faithfully cultivated watchmaking expertise.
