The historical model Kal 36/39, named after the Hanhart caliber 36/39 with 15 jewels, served as a simple and clean historical template. The basic design has been reinterpreted in a modern way to create a more contemporary look.

The clean dial and the straight-line hands offer perfect readability due to the contrast. The distinctive dots between the numerals were taken from the historical model. As with other Pioneer models, Hanhart relies on the historical logo on the dial of the Pioneer Silva. The watch thus picks up historical elements, but still translates them modern and young.

The polished stainless steel case measures a case diameter of 38.5 mm, a case height of 10 mm and a lug-to-lug measurement of 44 mm. These dimensions make the watch perfect for everyday use. The crown bears the "h" of the historic Hanhart logo and the convex, internally anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects against scratches. The watch is water resistant up to 5 bar / 5 ATM.
