Louis Vuitton Tambour LV277 watch
For
ten years, the Tambour watch embodies Louis Vuitton‘s core values of know-how and emphasis on excellence. With its design, the watch imposes its own style with a truly innovative shape in the watchmaking industry, incorporated all the values of the House: the twelve Louis Vuitton letters engraved on the case next to each hour, the brown dial and the yellow of the second’s hands, echoing the waxed thread of the Louis Vuitton bags.
Among the different icon models of this collection, the Tambour LV277 Automatic Chronograph is the most technical one, from the first collection, “Essential”, equiped with a manufacture LV277 movement, admired by the world’s best watchmakers. Sophisticated and certified COSC (Swiss Official Control of Chronometers), this calibre measures the time intervals in hours, minutes, seconds and fifths of seconds.
Today, Louis Vuitton is launching the second edition of this iconic piece with a larger case – a 44mm diameter instead of 41.5mm - and a new dial with refined 18K pink gold indexes and hands.
The Tambour LV277 Automatic Chronograph will be available starting in February 2013 in Louis Vuitton stores.
